I purchased this study guide after buying a very helpful REA MTEL study guide, which was 300+ pages, with 3 practice tests and 8 chapters structured as an 8 week study program. Great book, very helpful.
I figured all MTEL study guides were this extensive and helpful. Upon recieving this guide. I was disapointed immediately. It is a 90 page booklet that looks like it was made on a copy machine. Half of it is general study advice that is mostly common sense. The rest is a list of vague definitions of random historical names, dates, places and events. I can not believe this cost $40.00. Do not buy this if you are prepping for the MTEL History test. I just hope I can get a refund. I can’t believe Amamzon sells this product. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I can’t give it 0 stars.
